Default Regent MS37 motion sensor light

After a hurricane my outdoor motion sensor security light will not come on. I
have tried moving the sensor at night still no light. I did the daylight test
(I'm guessing on this model) and still no light. It was not an expensive
piece. But it is hardwired. Any cheap way of fixing this?
