This wouldn't have happened in Texas where everybody has a CCL including
the terrorists.

This is why we think people in Europe are stupid. The only person who
was shot was the terrorist ... by the police. He did not have any real
guns. The people who died were hit by a truck and that should be very
familiar to you folks.
