Second choice: In 27" to 36" range JVC (mid to high end) and regular
RCA, as well as their flat CRTs from 25" to 36".

Any branded 20" flat CRT by RCA or JVC is citizen (Jutan) for sure.
Except that RCA still sells regular 19" and still is RCA.
