Default NO WATER

There is a small building for sale in my city ... use to be a TV repair
shop. Problem is there is no sewer or water hooked up and it would cost
over $20,000.

Is there another way to get a toilet and sink ... portable tolet ? ... water
tank and holding tank ? No need for a shower, just toilet and water to
clean hands.

Sure. Check out camping and RV (Recreational Vehicle) stores.

What does the city require in the way of facilities? In some
jurisdictions you are required to connect to city water / sewer to get
an occupancy permit.

Start by checking with the local authorities. They often have rules
about this. Next as suggested check out a RV dealer near you.

Is is not true that all RVs Hook up to a water supply ?
The topic of the post was " NO WATER " ?

Obviously, you don't have an RV. They carry a supply of fresh water and
a holding tank(s) for waste water. And yes, when they are stopped and
can be hooked up to a fresh water supply and/or a sewage system, they
don't operate off their holding tanks. Sort of like some of those RV
fridges that operate off of 110vac, 12vdc, or propane depending on where
they are. But your first problem to solve is: what the occupancy or
business permit is going to require.

Check your local city ordinances. Chances are it is illegal to have an
occupied building not connected to a city sewer.
