![]() Does anyone have any opinions on which home and landscape design software to buy for use by a very-experienced do-it-yourselfer who would like to do some small remodeling projects soon, and eventually design his own home? I don't really need full-blown professional CAD software (which I've used to some degree), and would use the software to simply show my ideas to a real architect for anything beyond a small remodeling project. I'm looking for something not too expensive and something somewhat less complex than a real CAD program. ...something more in-line with the ability to change shapes, roof pitches, etc easily, rather than providing precise measurements. I've seen "3DHomeArchitect5" on the web, but it isn't getting very good reviews. Any opinions welcome, particularly if you can point me to a site with trial versions. Thanks in advance Jeff |
