Default Screen Window Patch ??

I'm not sure what the exact name of what I'm looking for is called, but I
can easily describe it and hope that someone reading this may know where to
get these at.

What I'm trying to locate is a 2-piece plastic item that would temporarily
or permanently cover a hole in your screen on any window. Generally, they
came in shapes like ladybugs or other insects. You would put on on the
outside of the screen and the other on the insde and they would screw
together to hold in place. You could leave this on permanently or just until
you can repair it ... just so that the hole would not further tear and have
to replace the entire screen

Does anyone know where one can buy these.. online or in person.. or catalog?
The one I have seen is rather old and currently is broken... but I know they
exist.. just can't find them.

Thanks for any help on this.

I haven't seen one of those in a long time. They used to be fairly common in
hardware stores. As for a name for them I can't help you unfortunately.
