any US resident who is found to kill any endangered, threatened, at risk species should he held accountable with a major fine, and 20 years in prison mandatory minimum.
this will end such hunting, no one will risk risk their freedom. this sentence will be in addition to what the country where the crime is commited, and once one 10 year sentence is served, they can come back here to do 20 more. look these felons are very wealthy people. i called allehegheny general hospital in pittsburgh and told them not only will i boycott them for life, but i will be down with a picket sign....... they need to fire the idiot immediately |

If you want to make a hardened criminal out of a hunter, sentence them to 20 years in prison. It would do more good, imo, if the sentence fit the crime. Poachers should be sentenced to work for non-profits that save animals so they can be changed from the inside out to learn to love the animals they want to kill. Teach them a different point of view and you'll never have to spend the money to incarcerate a hunter. -- Maggie |
