AIUI, the fish have little fish-powder-rooms where they do their
business, so as not to make problems for the river.

no water is new, its all been reused many times. just think about that the next time your drinking a glass of water. at one time this water was probably in a dead person

....good point, and even more likely, went through evaporation, condensation, precipitation cycle.
