Default Lumber will be banned as a building material in the U.S.

Due to it's flammablity, the U.S. government is banning lumber as a
building material, begining January 1, 2015. All homes and other
structures must be built of concrete, brick, or metals. Lumber will
only be allowed for furniture which is not permanently attached to the
structure.

Pre-existing wooden structures will be grandfathered in, and will not be
affected by this new law, but any new additions or remodels will be
required to be built without lumber.
