Sandy, storm fringe arrives, Monday
Bought a few things, today. Asked at Dollar
Tree, what are the fast movers. Flashlights, batteries Bottled water Snacks. Trace of rain. Went to the church, to do my usual Monday walk through. About 5:30 PM decided to go buy some fresh gas for the generator. Moderate, steady rain. Wish I'd gone, earlier in the day. I got wet. The roof over the gas station did nothing useful, the rain blew under the roof. Visibility is poor. I'm back home, remelting some candles. Christopher A. Young Learn more about Jesus www.lds.org .. |

Today. Blew leaves from front of house so wind can take them away. Cleaned leave out of gutter. Moved vehicles in safe location. Configured light items around house. Went hardware to buy ac plugs. Hear two people come in to buy kerosene jug, and Coleman fuel. At grocery, watch fellows restocking water bottles. I grab pack before its put on shelf. Back home bottle about 20 gallons water. Kitty litter jugs hold a lot. Getting wind gusts, not much rain. Wind said to peak after 1 am. Possible 40 mph or more. Greg |

Some snow to the south and east. If power goes off, might have to locate my stovepipe kerosene heater. Not fooling with generators, got three. Greg |

Tuesday Oct 30, 7 AM, western PRNY. Power still on. Weather cool, wet, no
precip. Winds calm, far as I can tell. You have three generators, but won't use any of them? Christopher A. Young Learn more about Jesus www.lds.org .. "gregz" wrote in message ... SE Pittsburgh.
