Hmm interesting. Can't find out where this is happening. Cheaper to
hire a mole plough. Sure it's not an April 1st thing?

Watch closely, lots of people with shovels and one quick shot
of a backhoe bucket being emptied.

I'd guess volunteers will use what they have available.
In what appears to be farm country, there could be lots of
power equipment.

Interesting that 51 miles seems to also be the length of the
Panama Canal.

There would be major problems. Not many places are that far apart
over here for a start!
How would you get easements/permission to cross other people's land?
Only a utility is empowered to do this, it would take anyone else
forever.

Definitely something odd/not right about that story.
Most of our journalists over here are liars/clueless.
