Default clogged carborundum sharpening stone

I have a 2-sided carborundum sharpening stone, and the coarse side has
gotten clogged and won't cut any more.

Is there some technique for cleaning it up,restoring it's cutting ability
again?

Get a dressing stone. Tales off a bit of material and it will cut well
again.
