Default Z-Plank Laminated Scaffold Plank

I want to use 2x10x16 planks for a raised garden bed. Cut to size for
small frames. These are OSHA stamped, marked June 2006. Checking
things out they are LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber). Made with pine.

Question: Has scaffold planks ever been made using the green pressure
treating -- PT? The info tells me the green tint is just paint.

The lumber is for a small desert garden raised bed. What I believe I
have is safe, but would like a confirmation.
