Default Battery acid

So, then, the battery acid (that leaks out of alkaline
cells) neutralizes the vinegar?

That's the other way around from vinegar neutralizing
battery acid?

Now ask yourself, does "vinegar neutralizes the acid" make
any sense with
alkaline batteries? If you still don't see the silliness
here, does vinegar
really neutralize itself? Come on!

Yes, I made a mistake in saying vinegar neutralized the
acid. I meant
the other way around.

Ah, you were too quick for me. I guess I'll brush my teeth
and go to bed.

No sweat. We knew you meant that the acid would neutralize
the vinegar.
