No. I had a camcorder that worked in the dark, but it only worked
because it had infra red lighting which is cheap compared to heat
sensing. Same idea as cheap night vision goggles, the area is being lit
up, but it's in a wavelength that you can't see but the camera can. And
then the camera can change it so that you can see what it sees.
