I don't believe that. Are you sure you mean "arrested?"

Arrested, as in third-degree felony.....

Could you point out where it says that there? the closest I see is
"10. To affix any false or forged label to a package or receptacle
containing a controlled substance."

That doesn't keep me from slipping a dozen prescribed narcotics in my
pocket.

What have I missed?

I have a fax machine. It is much easier to fax something than it is
to mail it or deliver it in person.

I got a prescription from the doctor yesterday. My doctor is 60 miles
from my house. My pharmacy is about 15 min in the opposite direction.
To save 30 min, I should be able to stop at home and fax them a copy
of my prescription so they have time to prepare it, and have it ready
when I get there..........but no.

I called the pharmacy, and asked if I could fax the prescription to
them, and bring the original with me to pick it up. They said they
have to have the prescription before they can fill it.

I am not talking about a prescription for morphine. This is for
Vitamin D.

Our doctor and drug store are close and we either take script in or have
the doctor phone in. For long term mail oder stuff, its all electronic
through computer or phone and does not require visit to doctor or pharmacy.

As I understand, you're employed, and work with dangerous
things like power tools. So, you are very wise to be
cautious with medicines. The very rare times I've taken
Tramadol, it's provided excellent pain relief with no side
effects that I can tell.

I think they come in 50 MG or 100 MG tablets.

The one I really need is the time release Ultram which
doesn't come in generic form and is very expensive. It's
about ten times the cost of the generic Tramadol. I
absolutely hate taking any kind of drug and wish I didn't
have to but I must in order to function. Right now it
feels like alligators are gnawing on my leg but I limit
the dose because I have to drive.

I've not heard of time release Ultram, but it sounds like a
great product. I've taken time release acetaminophen, and
been grateful for that. The skilled trades sure can be rough
on a body. Literally, so.

Chronic pain is something that many people have no concept of.
We have a county hospital here that provides care for those of
us who are wealth impaired. The doctors, nurses, technicians
and therapists are absolutely wonderful and provide the best of
care but the administration is another matter altogether. It
seems that no mater what government run organization I go to
for any type of service, sooner or later, I'll encounter an
Affirmative Action moron who's in charge of something. I don't
scream obscenities at them or yell racial slurs or even insult
them because I doubt they could comprehend the insults. If I
call then asinine, they think I'm referring to the size of their
backsides. If this insane Obama care becomes law, I fear there
will be even more Affirmative Action morons in charge of medical
care and there will be no escape from them even if you have the
money.
