Default Old-fashioned asphalt

Remember the good old days when you had a small bottle of kerosene or
naphtha to take of tar splash off your car? :-)

Is it possible to find oil based, verses this new water emulsified,
asphalt for your drive way. This new stuff is so brittle, it doesn't
last for @#$@.

(Poor kids have to ride their bikes on these asphalt roads
sealed with chip stone. Pea rock won't stick!. Poor kids. Rips
the skin right off)
