Default maytag stackable gas valve/coils

i have a maytag stackable washer/dryer. the dryer is no longer
getting hot. when i opened the machine i see the igniter glowing and
i here a click as if it's triggering the gas valve however the gas
never comes out. i guess it's the valve/or the coils but i can't
figure out how to get to the things. they are all the way in the back
of the machine and not easily reached from the front panel. there
doesn't seem anyway to access them from the back except this little
tiny panel which i can barely get my hand into let alone see what i am
doing. am i missing something? is there an easy way to get to the
gas vavle/coils i'm just not seeing?
