Default a/c or furnace want come on

furnace or a/c want come . check breakers and furnace switch both are good.
power is going to the furnace. i think that it stops at the blower motor
relay. would the relay switch keep the furnace and a/c from coming on

Have you removed power from the furnace for a couple of minutes via the
switch next to the furnace? Some units "Lock out" when they encounter a
failure to start a couple of times. Until they are reset by removing
power, they will not come on again. This is a safety feature.

Next, check if the 24v A/C is present at the point the thermostat
switches it to when it is set to heat. You need to do some checking and
post more data in order to solicit help.
