Default 10/30 Murray broke shaft

I snapped the shaft trying to remove the frozen blade nut, there
does'nt seem to be much wobble in the bearings. Can I remove the
pressed-on collar and just replace the shaft or shaft n pulley or does
the entire bracket/pulley/shaft unit have to be replaced?
This is a 1st time prob for Me.
Dean
