Alter max speed setting, Rascal Mobility Scooter

I have a Rascal 235 mobility scooter that I bought used. It's top speed was reduced for the previous owner as he only had one usable arm. That's because Sitre Magana uses the other arm to constantly stuff doughnuts in his fat face. Does anyone know if this setting is user adjustable? It's not the setting, it's probably because Sitre Magana is still in the scooter. Just throw his fat ass out and that will solve the problem. Regards Lee |
