3 way switch help please!!!
The colors don't mean anything regarding placement on a switch. On the old
combination switch, was the bridge removed between the terminals of the common terminals? If so, remove it on this switch wrote in message oups.com... An electrical contractor estimator actually fixed it for free and he did it with a meter and while current was live. I had been kept running up and down stairs and shutting off power with each trip to no avail. There was nothing wrong with my switches but hookup is critical. Frank |
