Default Repair of Drainage pipe

Hi,

I am from India & stay on the first floor of an apartment. My
Bathroom/Toilet drainage pipe seems to be broken or damaged.Due to
this there is leakage /seepage from my bathroom to the ground floor
apartment.

I dont want to break my bathroom floor to repair/change the pipes. Is
there any method chemically or anything else how I can repair the pipes
without breaking my bathroom.

CAN SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE ?

THANKS.

GAURAV
