does anyone out there know what is the best way to finish rosewood
flooring, and preserve the natural pinky and blond tones without making it too red. my mom has now got her flooring down and is desparate to keep it the same color as it is unfinished oil seems to bring out the red and so does clear varnish. is it possible? or should she experiment with stains? any help would be very much appreciated. Thanx Tamarrah |

Use a waterbase urethane and live with it, why was rosewood picked if
now its to red finished. Mess with stains and you will ruin it. |
