Opinions wanted for basement humidity levels
I was wonder what the consensus here is that a basements humidity level
should be. I have mine down to 60% and am maintianing 60% with a dehumidifier, should it be lower? We have no water problems nor do we have any condensation issues. We are using the basement for storage of wood, paper and plastic products. Thanks Searcher |

Thanks Searcher For most uses 40-60% humidity if perfect. -- Joseph Meehan Dia duit |

Opinions wanted for basement humidity levels
OK that sounds good, we have no mold growing and we only use the basement
for laundry and storage. I just didn't want to needlessly run the dehumidifier any lower if I don't have to. The humidity level is at 60% +- right now with the dehumidifer running in cycles rather than on constantly Thanks again Searcher1 |
