It's the first day of May 2006.
This means all men whose last names begin with these letters of the
alphabet are due for their annual penis inspections.
Please report to your local state capitol, health bureau, or see your
own doctor (at your expense), to have your penis inspected for 2006.

This is a MANDATORY inspection for all men over the age of 18, and is
MANDATORY in all 50 states of the USA. Anyone who does not comply can
face up to $50,000 in fines and/or two years in prison. Your
inspection MUST be completed by May 31, 2006.

Do not delay in receiving this important inspection.
