Default tecumseh engine cross reference

I'm trying to locate a starter for an older Sears snowblower. The
Sears engine number is 143 666382. Does anyone have a cross reference
to the Tecumseh number?

Other identifiers on the engine 143-666382 SER 7227D (or 72270).

Sears Model 536 906001 7343

Thanks

Bill

I have a 1977 Lauson Peerless (Tecumseh) Mechanics Handbook (Form No.
692509). The back of the book has a cross reference for that Sears model
number, but it only list specifications like point gap, valves, etc. The
chapter on electric starters lists several 12VDC Tecumseh part numbers:
29964, 29965, 32468, 32468A, 32468B, 33202, 32721, 33303, 33330, 33599,
33600, 33605, 33606, 33607. The book also lists a section on 110VAC/VDC
starters. Did you try calling Sears?
