Dishmaster Imperial Four drip mystery?
I have a Dishmaster Imperial Four kitchen faucet with a tendency to drip. To
stop the drip, I loosen the handle and reposition it so that I can make the faucet tighter before the handle hits the stop. This usually stops the drip at the expense of a very tight faucet. Later, I find that the faucet can be much looser and not drip. That is, I open the faucet to the point that could cause a fast drip before the tightening. What is it that makes the faucet behavior so unstable? Is there some scale that gets stuck on the seat that causes the drip? Does such scale wash away later? What is happening and how can I avoid replacing the seals every year or so? Bill -- Ferme le Bush |

Dishmaster Imperial Four drip mystery?
I have no idea - but, I was just reading the book "Caos" and one of the
heroes spend much of a year charting water drips and the time between them. Is it possible that the water pressure fluctuates? |
