House has 2 year anniversary- need PM schedule
Hey all,
My house is about to have it's two anniversary since it was built. It's a ranch with vinyl siding that is 100% electric. Just wondering about what preventative maintenance things I should do (i.e. drain the water heater, termite inspection, and etc...)? TIA. -- --------------------------- Scall5 |
