Default House Building Secrets

Learn the secrets of saving $5,000- $15,000 on the construction and
operation of your new home!

Your new home is the single largest investment you'll ever make. The
process of building your new home can be scary, confusing and
frustrating. By following my examples, I will make your building
process a more enjoyable one!

You are about to build a new house. In doing so, you are going to hand
over a huge amount of money to your contractor. In essence, you are
handing your checkbook over to a complete stranger!

Building a new house is a scary, confusing, and sometimes frustrating
experience.

That's why I've created this web site.

You are about to discover the "secrets" of building a new house.

* How is a house built?
* What processes are involved in the different construction phases?
* What does each phase of the building process look like?
* How do I avoid cost overruns?
* Where can I save a lot of money on the construction and operation
of my new house?

Over the last 40 years, I have lived in many different homes. Each home
had its own charm. There was always something in each of these homes
that we didnt like. There were those things that we wished that we had
done differently. Things always seemed to cost more than we had planned
for in the beginning.

In retrospect; we did not understand the building and construction
process. We didn't know what to expect in each phase of the building
process. Sure, each home we lived in was better than the one before.

The problem was that we failed to plan properly for our new home. It
wasn't the contractors fault. He just built the house according to the
plans. So when we decided to build our last new house we decided that
enough was enough .We decided to take the lessons we learned in the
past 40 years and apply them to the construction of this new house.

We sat down and made a list of items that we absolutely must have in
our new house. We also made a list of items that we didn't want in our
new house. We were going to be proactive in the construction of our new
home.

I am going to share my experience with you. I am going to show you
exactly what to expect in the entire house building process.

* Learn how to acquire land to build your new house on
* The secrets of choosing a contractor
* Questions that you must absolutely ask you contractor
* How to go about acquiring the proper permits
* Choosing a house plan
* Things you need to look for in a house plan
* Things you should never pay for
* Avoiding "Change Orders"
* How the contractor schedules jobs
* What is a subcontractor
* Dealing with problems as they arise
* Waterproofing your basement
* The house framing process
* Selection of window and doors
* Choosing the proper heating and cooling unit for your house
* And more...

Why not cut to the chase and disclose what you are charging for your book
right here instead of making everyone think that you're giving away your
knowledge foe nothing.
