Default Need to find a Realtor. No questions asked. Sometimes the agents are rated by people like you

WWW.Realtyrators.com is a unique website, containing a national database of
real estate agents. Its purpose is to give the consumer a free resource
with the ability to Rate how their real estate agent performed for them.
Ratings are based upon nine different parameters and comments are welcomed
also. Future buyers and sellers will use this site to find their next real
estate agent based upon those ratings.

Real estate agents can use this site also as a marketing tool. By having
their past clients rate them and give their testimony they take what used
to be thank you cards and letters sitting in a desk drawer and turn them
into an effective referral magnet. Realtors can then register, and turn
this site into a Virtual Town Crier. With links to their website email,
even post their listings and bio’s. This serves the publics need to know
as well.

Whether you are moving out of town, from out of town, or around the
corner, you can find the agent that’s right for you. Consumers can now
make an informed decision, to choose the person, to help them make one of
the most important investments of their life…buying or selling a home.

The main concept of this site is to give consumers a resource to use so
that the most important investment one can make, (buying a home, is
handled by someone they know about, and trust more because they have been
rated by fellow consumers.

By the way, Realtors cannot cheat the system by giving themselves good
ratings and comments because we log the ip addresses and will not allow
more than one rating on an individual per ip address.
