Default Kitchen Tiles - need advise

Hello Everyone,

I am in the process of purchasing a house, an issue came up with
respect to Kitchen Tiles cracks in the recent Home Inspection that I
had it done. The inspector cited the reason for Tile cracks in
"improper sub-floor support" and said it could cost some where between
$3000 - $4000 for redoing the whole floor. There are about 6-8 tiles
which have cracks.

So I had asked the Seller to give an allowance for the same. The Seller
also had a structural engineer examined the floor, who inspected the
framing and foundation for the defects under the kitchen floor and
stated that there's no structural defects.

I am not sure if the structural engineer is referring to the same
problem that was identified by the Home Inspector.

I greately appreciate if anyone could please suggest if I should buy
what Seller's Structural engineer says?

Thanks a million in advance,
Bob
