Hello to all!
My husband and I are in the middle of a process of buying our first
house. In next two days, we must decide which company we go for a
mortgage with. We have 2 choices now:
1. Weichert Realtors, and
2. Quicken Loans.

Does anybody have any experience with these companies as mortgage
lenders? Maybe you just heard something from people with such
experience?
Please, share, I need opinions from people to make a decision.

I would ask each who the lender (the company who will be forking over
the money) is. The lender should be a reputable company. The two
companies you mentioned are probably lending brokers. They originate
the loan but do not provide the funds.
