Power Washer
I plan to buy a power washer to wash the deck. Of course, my concern
is price and power. Here are three choices I found.:
walmart: 1500psi for $150
homedepot: either 1400 psi for $98 or 1750 psi for $179.
I'm leaning towards 1400 psi for $98. But I'm a little bit concerned
if that is enough pressure for washing the deck.

You need to consider both pressure (psi) and volume (gpm). Pressure by
itself isn't meaningful.

For deck cleaning I'd move up to 1500 psi - 2200 psi and 2.0 gpm or
more. However, make a note that too much pressure can dig into the wood
and damage your decking, so use caution when you first start using your
new pressure washer.
