Default Toro walk-behind mower

I just wanted to sha I've had a Toro walk-behind mower for a
couple of years. They are gasoline powered but start with an
ignition key. Weekend before last, somehow I managed to bend the key
while mowing -- I think a tree branch caught it just the wrong way.

I called the company on the Monday, and the rep volunteered to send
me a replacement key plus a spare. They showed up four or five days
later, via first class mail.

We used to take that sort of thing for granted, but nowadays it's
pretty unusual, and I just wanted to acknowledge it. (I sent the
company a paper letter too.)
