I want to place an anchor in the garage floor (cement) to which i
can lock down my motorcycle. Any ideas about the best way to do this without spending a bundle. Thanks ahead, Phil |

You can try 2 part epoxy. That stuff is stronger than the concrete, so it should be able to hold a metal plate with an eyebolt attached. Another idea would be to buy or rent a cheap hammer drill and punch holes for a moly to insert an eyebolt or holes to secure a plate to the floor. Yet another idea is to use a nail driver (one of those that use .22 shells to drive fasteners into concrete). Its important to seal any openings for water and radon. greg |

To help prevent backing it out, add some permanent thread-lock compound or epoxy after you test the alignment, etc. |
