Sulfur Smell in Water
I've recently developed a sulfur smell in our water but ONLY from the
bathroom sink faucet. I've ran a glass of water from that faucet and let it stand outside the bathroom to verify the smell is definitely in the water and not something backing up from the drain. No odor in water from adjacent shower or kitchen faucets, just the bathroom sink. Sink was replaced last summer so it seems there must be some connection but not sure how. Sulfur smell started out a couple of months ago occurring occasionally then going away for a while. Now it's fairly strong and stays that way. Good pressure so no indication of leak in system. Any ideas? |
