I'm sorry if you think it was spam, we are just trying to find people
who may hold real estate notes. We figured that a group called "misc.consumers.house" would be a good place to find people who hold real estate notes. But, I apologize if it is unwanted. |

Well when you invest in real estate, you don't necessarily receive a
profit at that time. However, there are some property owners that hold real estate notes who really never wanted to. And what we do is buy their contracts and give them their money up front. And then, we collect the mortgage payments from then on. We know there are people that do like to receive mortgage payments each month for years and years, and that's fine, but we only help those people who need money upfront and want to cash out. Otherwise, there's no point in selling your contact if you want to keep collecting those payments. Yes, it is out of the goodness of our heart, but obviously, eventually, collecting those payments, we will receive income. |

I don't know why you are acting like this. We are searching for
property owners who truly can use our services, and you may honestly need money for something, like medical bills, or to avoid bankruptcy. We're just trying to help people cash out of their contracts if they really want to. And, no it's not really like those ads in my mailbox, because I am a female and I don't need viagra. So, it's pointless for them to advertise to me. We try to post in groups where people will view this message who actually need it. So, we look for the Real Estate groups, or Home Owner groups and try to get the word out that help is available for those who need it. |
