Issue with a lender
I signed a contract and started looking out for loans. That way I
approached a lender with whom I started on the wrong foot, but then their director got involved and it started moving forward. I did sign all those documents like 'Borrower Certification and Authorization', 'Interst Rate Disclosure - with Deposit of $500', 'Loan Disclosure Summary', 'Good Faith Estimate'. Now the lender is taking a lot of time for some reason and I have a feeling that they are fooling around. I do have time crunch. What if I want to move on to another lender ?? Any legal obligations ?? -Ben |
