Does anyone know where I can find single row IDC headers for the purpose of
making custom programming ribbon cables?

Example setup:
Ziff Socket to 28 Pin DIP Header to (2) 14 Pin IDC Headers to 28 Pin IC Test
Clip.

I will be using it to read IC chips in circuit.
