Motorola part # SCQ38065PU01

Hello,

I was if anyone would be able to help me locate a data sheet, or
even provide a brief for a motorola "SCQ38065PU01" ic. The ic in
question is located on a 4 digit 7 segment display board that i picked
up from a surplus store. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
