Default Help with "Speakers"

I have a Samsung telly and the sound is Crap..
Due to the TV not cutting on today I decided to remove that big 50" plastic
frame..

So I found my problem with the tv not turning on (bulging and leaking caps
on the power supply side of the unit)..

Decided I would look at the spakers.
I have never been big into speakers, but I knowyou have a coil and plunger
type of assembly, and then a cone that the plunger coil is attached to..
Now, here's the thing about this unit, the coil cover seems to be a good 3/4
of an inch above the edge of the cone (looks like a mushroom).. So I am
wondering if what I am actually seeing is the coil, and shouldnt the coil be
placed on the bottom side of the cone?...
