PM3208 philips oscilloscoop schema or help intensity

it is the schematic of the MTB and ??? between pages:

10-12 circuit diagram of output amplifier
10-15 circuit diagram of PS and misc..

The fault i have in the o;scope is "intensity not adjustable."

any help is welcome

how do i know it is not the tube itself??
