Question concerning wheatstone bridge - Question for CIE.htm (0/1)
Hi All,
I have been studying electronics at the Cleveland Institue of Electronics for some time now...recently I sent them a question concerning a wheatstone bridge, but I have not yet received an answer...I thought I would post it here on the newsgroup so that perhaps someone could point out my error. I am attaching my question to this post. If anyone could point out what I am doing wrong I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance, Russ |

Question concerning wheatstone bridge - Question for CIE.htm (0/1)
Good Morning Don,
I am new to posting with this newsreader, so I dont know why the picture didnt open. My problem is this: I am studying linear network analysis, and am trying to set up linear equations to solve for various currents running thru an unbalanced wheatstone bridge. I am trying to use Kirchoff's laws to do this, but I am doing something wrong. Would it be possible to email you a copy of my work so that you could see what I am doing? Any help that I could get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Russ On Fri, 02 Feb 2007 03:02:06 GMT, "Don Kelly" wrote: Love to help you but I can't open the picture. You could try saving it as an mht file instead of html, which might embed the pictures. |

Have you gone beyond KCL, KVL which apply generally, to loop and node methods which depend on linearity? -- Don Kelly remove the X to answer ---------------------------- On Fri, 02 Feb 2007 03:02:06 GMT, "Don Kelly" wrote: Love to help you but I can't open the picture. Question concerning wheatstone bridge - Question for CIE.htm (0/1)
Good Morning Don,
I am using KCL and KVL, trying to set up a set of linear equations to be solved simultaneously. I am trying to find a way to repost my graphics and equations so that you can see what I am talking about...and I am hoping to have this ready to post by late tonight or tomorrow morning (I own a TV repair business, and the super bowl has kept me jumping). Thanks again for being willing to take a look at this for me. Thanks again, Russ On Sat, 03 Feb 2007 03:19:03 GMT, "Don Kelly" wrote: wrote in message .. . Here's a link to a freeware format converter that will convert the .png file
from your software to a .ico file that we should be able to see in the newsgroup. I tried using it on the files you sent but the newsgroup seems to have filtered them out (ie nothing there). http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multime...onverter.shtml wrote in message ... I have put my question on my website at www.demerstv.com/wheatstone , I believe everyone should be able to see it now. If anyone could point out what I am doing wrong it would be greatly appreciated. Second equation first term should say "500(I1-I2)"
Then you'll get I1= .021 I2= .014 I3= -.0145 wrote in message ... Hi All, I have put my question on my website at www.demerstv.com/wheatstone , I believe everyone should be able to see it now. Anyhow, it appears that Jack solved your problem. An easy way to handle a bridge is to use Thevenin. -- Don Kelly remove the X to answer ---------------------------- On Fri, 02 Feb 2007 03:02:06 GMT, "Don Kelly" wrote: Love to help you but I can't open the picture. news@ demerstv.com TOP-POSTED:
I am new to posting with this newsreader, so I dont know why the picture didnt open. It's not your newsreader. It's your ignorance of Usenet. http://groups.google.com/group/alt.e...l.not.see.them http://groups.google.com/group/alt.e...cters+binaries Essentially everything about the way you post to Usenet stinks. http://66.102.9.104/search?q=cache:m...hard&stri p=1 |
