Default Panasonic HDTV CT30WX52 dead

Anyone ever worked on one of these? No sams of course. Turn set on a
couple relays click, but the main 130v supply relay never gets
triggered to turn on the 130v supply. All standbys ok and no short in
the 130v supply, set is just not turning on. Traced the turn on signal
back to a rediculously complex 2 sided board full of smt parts on both
sides mounted flat ontop of the main chassis. I'm awaiting service
manual to arrive, just looking for any knowledge on this wonderful
thing.
