Default Panasonic TAU CT32SX12F Dead Again After Only 90 Days

This is a customer's TV. The first time that it was repaired I replaced
Q801, IC801, D824 & the main AC fuse. Now 90 days later all of these
parts & more have shorted or opened (Q801 is very burned & fried). Have
there been any manufacturer's modifications on these models? Why did
these parts fail again & why do they fail so quickly to begin with (OEM
parts were used)? What a poor design and to think that these cost almost
$1000 new! Thanks for any help.
I'll call Panasonic tech help tomorrow.

Unless the parts came in a Panasonic bag, they may NOT be OEM.

Are there any electrolytics in the primary side of the power supply?
