Default MONITOR VIEWSONIC...STRANGE PROBLEM...

Hi Having a monitor Viewsonic that had a blowed vertical IC . I had changed
it , but now , without any signal , I should see a blinking "no signal"
pattern but I see large vertical color lines (red/blue/green), like a signal
pattern (color bar) but blurry.

With a input , samething .

The strange thing is when I turn off the monitor , I can see the picture for
a quick moment.

I had try to reduce the AC line , samething.

Help !

Thank...

I ll post the model # later today
