Toshiba screen repair
I have a 36" flat screen Toshiba tv that has a scuffed area on the screen.
Can this be rubbed out or is there a product to fill in the scuffed area? |

Looks like you need to pay to have the picture tube replaced. There is

NOT fixable. There is a coating on the screen, and buffing it out, will make
