Default T4AH/250V fuse in Optiquest V95 19" Monitor

I am currently working on an Optiquest V95 19" computer monitor. Silkscreened on the board are the specs "T4AH/250V". Does anyone know a subsitute for this fuse? It is about 1" long and ceramic. I assume it is a 4AH, probably slo-blow.

And yes, I know that if a fuse is blown there are other things wrong... but I will at some point still need a working fuse.

Thanks!
