Default Panasonic tx28w1u

I have a Panasonic Tv modelnbr:TX28W1U chassis: Alpha 2.
there are vertical bars running down the left side of the screen. This
is clearest on AV and no sound in the right hand side speaker.
Can someone helps me?

Maybe a dried out electrolytic capacitor in the supply to the cathode
drivers. In most TV's this supply should be around 200V, so the
electrolytic is most probably marked 22 or 47u 250V.
